This chapter describes how you can customize the Tachyon Operating System. You may need to customize the Tachyon Operating System for several reasons. For instance, you may need to add system services that are not yet provided, or you may need to create or fill in control blocks that are not complete enough for your needs. The Tachyon Operating System provides facilities to allow this customization.
When you add customized programs such as SVC routines or user exits to the Tachyon Operating System, you can control the ability of a user to use the debugger on those programs by setting the Tachyon Linkage Editor’s DEBUG option.
